Branching Antlers on a Side-View Buck Deer

Coloring guide
A buck stands in side view with its head turned toward us, showing a long set of branching antlers with several tines on each side. The deer has two pointed ears, a dark nose, and a small patch of loose lines on the neck. Four oval spots sit on its body, a short tail is tucked at the back, and all four legs end in solid black hooves. The outlines are clean and thick, so the large body and the antlers are easy spaces for younger kids to fill in. Try browns and tans for the coat, then leave the oval spots lighter or color them cream so they stand out. It also works well for a quick nature lesson on how antlers differ from ears and legs. Print a few copies and let everyone choose their own colors.
