Slim Doe in Profile with Upright Ears

Coloring guide
A single young deer stands in profile facing left, with its head turned slightly toward us. The drawing shows large upright ears, a dark oval eye, a black nose, and a slim neck leading into a long smooth back. The legs are thin with dark hooves, and the front and back legs are spaced apart as if the deer is mid-step. A short tail with a pointed tip curls up at the rear, and a few small lines mark the shoulder and flank. There is no background, so the whole page is open space. Try soft tans and warm browns for the body, then leave the inner ears and tail underside lighter. This free printable also works well for a quick lesson on animal body parts, since the hooves, ears, and tail are easy to spot and name.
