Star Medal Award for Teacher Appreciation Day

A big round medal hangs from a V-shaped ribbon, with the two striped ribbon bands crossing over a small loop at the top. A large star sits in the middle of the medal, framed by two leafy laurel branches curving up each side. Four outlined hearts and six stars in different sizes are scattered around it, so there are lots of small spaces for little hands to fill in. Thick, clean lines help younger kids stay inside the shapes, and the laurel leaves give older kids more to do. Gold or yellow works for the center star, green for the leaves, and alternating blue and red for the ribbon stripes.
