Constellation Animals Under a Full Moon: Solar System & Space Night Sky
Coloring guide
A friendly bear, a smiling fish and a seated lion are each traced in connect-the-dot style star patterns, like animal constellations glowing across a night sky. The bear walks along the top of the page near a big full moon covered in craters, the fish swims through the middle, and the lion sits tall with a tufted tail at the bottom right. Tiny stars, sparkly starbursts and puffy clouds fill the space between them. Along the bottom, pine trees, mountains, rocks and a winding stream make a calm landscape for young colorists to finish. Deep indigo and purple for the sky with golden yellow stars and moon will make the animals stand out. Keep this free page handy to print for classroom time or a rainy day. Add this to your Solar System & Space coloring page collection, alongside Butterfly and Beach.

- 2Color the fish body with sky blue and its top fins with deep blue.
- 3Fill the bear's body, head, and back with warm brown, and use chocolate brown on its legs and paws, leaving the eyes and nose highlights white.
- 4Paint the lion's mane with warm brown and its body with golden yellow, adding burnt orange touches to the paws and tail.
- 5Add the mountains in dusty purple and lavender purple, the pine trees in forest green and bright green, the grass in lime green, and the rocks in light gray.
- 6Finish the moon in pale yellow with golden yellow spots, and add light peach to the bear's belly. Optional: add darker shading on the lower edges of the bear and lion for depth.
