Stern-Eyed Godzilla Leaning Forward, Head Turned Left

Godzilla stands upright on two thick legs with the body leaning slightly forward and the mouth wide open, showing rows of sharp teeth. The head is turned to the left, and one eye is drawn with a stern, narrowed look. Large jagged dorsal plates rise along the back and run down to a long, curved tail that ends in a thin point. One arm reaches out to the left with the clawed fingers spread, and the other hand is tucked in close to the body with curved claws. Each foot has several big toenails, and the ground is drawn with a few simple lines. The wavy line along the throat and chest is a nice spot for texture. Try coloring the skin in dark grays and greens, then use a lighter shade on the back plates so they stand out. Younger kids can practice staying inside the lines on the large body, while older kids can add shading on the knees and belly.
