Stormtrooper Helmet Straight On, a Star Wars First Order Mask

Coloring guide
Thick, clean outlines make this stormtrooper helmet easy for little hands to trace. It's drawn straight on and fills the page. Start at the rounded dome, then find the flat brim band across the forehead, the angular eye area with its wide zigzag opening, and the cheek section with two sets of small rounded vent slots. There's a tiny circle low on the right side, and a curved jaw line forms the chin. With no background, the helmet stands alone on white. The big simple shapes suit beginners, and older kids can try neat shading. White and light gray for the shell and jet black in the eye opening is the classic way, with silver or blue on the vents. Once colored, it could even become a mask craft. Grab this free printable for school or a rainy day. Browse more Star Wars coloring pages, or explore Minions and The Lion King for even more fun.
A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.
- light gray
- bright blue
- black
- medium gray
A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Leave the dome at the top of the helmet white, and keep the visor opening white so it looks like a bright, clear lens.
- 2Fill the large lower face armor and the chin vent with light gray, working from the middle outward for an even finish.
- 3Color the frame around the visor with bright blue, including the area on both sides of the lens.
- 4Use black for the thick band just under the dome, then fill the small round button on the side of the face with medium gray.
- 5Optional: Add a few light back-and-forth strokes of darker gray along the edges of the light gray areas to make the helmet look more shiny and metallic.
