Superman High Above the City With Puffy Clouds

With both arms stretched forward in his classic flying pose, Superman soars through the sky and his long cape trails behind him. Puffy outlined clouds fill the space behind his shoulders, and a row of tall city buildings runs along the bottom, so it looks like he's way above the rooftops. The big S shield is on his chest, and he wears the short trunks and pointed boots of his suit. Strong arms, big fists and a wide cape give young colorists lots of open areas, and the buildings add some straight lines to practice with. Bright blue for the suit, red for the cape and boots, and yellow for the shield is a safe choice. Leave the clouds white, or add a soft light blue.
