A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big body parts: color the tall pod body, the robot's raised arm and the top of the pod in tomato red, leaving the thin white edges untouched.
- 2Fill the robot's legs, the pod base and the lower door panels with royal blue, and add navy blue to the robot's head visor and the dark edges of the pod window.
- 3Color the inside of the pod window: use charcoal gray for the dark interior, purple for the robot's side claws, and light gray for the shoulder pieces inside.
- 4Shade the sword and the robot's silver parts with pale gray and medium gray, keeping small white highlights along the blade and the sword tip.
- 5Add the final details: turquoise for the glowing circle on the arm, sky blue for the small visor piece, and crimson for the stripes on the top panels and the pod trim.
- 6Optional: Add a slightly darker shade of each color along one side of every big shape to give the robot a bit of depth.
