Heart Mandala with Spirals and Dots
Coloring guide
One large heart anchors the middle of this oval design, and smaller hearts surround it and point inward like petals. Farther out, hearts in medium and tiny sizes nestle between curly spiral swirls and scattered round dots. Everything is mirrored left to right and top to bottom, so the page feels calm and balanced. Big shapes and bold outlines help younger kids stay inside the lines, and the little hearts and dots give older kids something fiddly to work on. Red for the center heart works well, with pinks and purples for the ring around it and blue or green on the swirls. The PDF is free and prints at home with no sign-up. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the big center heart and the top heart with bright red.
- 2Fill the two upper side hearts with warm orange, and the two middle side hearts with golden yellow.
- 3Color the two lower middle hearts with sky blue, and the bottom-middle heart and the two bottom side hearts with hot pink.
- 4Fill the upper middle heart and the small hearts along the sides and top corners with baby pink, then color the large bottom heart violet purple.
- 5Color the small hearts near the bottom and top center with soft lilac, the small green hearts on the sides with leaf green, and the two side ring dots with pale yellow. Leave the spirals and small dots white.
- 6Optional: Add a little shading with a darker shade of each color along the edges of the hearts for a bit more depth.
