- 1Start with the big areas: color the tablecloth and the flags of the bunting in light blue, sunny yellow, hot pink, leaf green and soft lilac, leaving the white heart shapes empty.
- 2Fill the bear's body and head, the bunny's ears and the chair wood with warm brown, and paint the bunny's fur and the cupcakes with ivory.
- 3Color the kitten's head and body with apricot orange, the chair cushions with cherry red, and the bunny's inner ears with blush pink.
- 4Add the bows: sky blue for the bear's bow, lavender purple for the kitten's bow, and rose pink for the bunny's bow.
- 5Shade the scones in light tan and pale gold, and leave the teacups, vase, serving plate and the bear's muzzle lightly tinted.
- 6Optional: Add a little extra shading with a slightly darker shade of each main color for a cozier, more dimensional look.
