On the floor, a smiling bear carefully sets a cube on a tower of four stacked blocks, one paw on the top block and the other against the side. It has round ears, big shiny eyes, a little nose and paw pads on its soles. To the left of the tower is a small toy steam train with a chimney and spoked wheels, and to the right a rubber duck. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big bear: color the head, ears, arms, body and feet in warm brown, leaving the muzzle and inner ears light.
- 2Fill the muzzle, inner ears and the foot pads in light peach for a soft, friendly face.
- 3Color the stacked blocks: red on the top block, golden yellow on the middle block, sky blue on the next one and leaf green on the bottom block.
- 4Paint the toy train in golden yellow for the engine, bright red for the roof, sky blue for the cabin and base, and red wheels; add a light blue window.
- 5Color the rubber duck in golden yellow with an orange beak and amber wing, and add a caramel shadow on the floor.
- 6Optional: Leave the eye shines white and add a little extra brown shading under the bear's arms for depth.
