A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the night sky: fill the stars and background sky with midnight blue, and add deep ocean blue along the top for depth.
- 2Color the tent in golden yellow, and the crescent moon in lemon yellow.
- 3Fill the pine trees with leaf green and pine green, the mountains with slate blue, and the lake with bright blue.
- 4Color the girls' skin in peach skin, then the left girl's hoodie in aqua blue, the middle girl's sweater in lavender purple, and the right girl's jacket in teal green. Pants go in olive green and tan, and leave the marshmallows and eye whites white.
- 5Make the campfire with bright orange and lemon yellow flames, color the logs chestnut brown, and fill the surrounding stones with stone gray. The backpack and lantern get royal blue and golden yellow.
- 6Optional: add a slightly darker shade of each color along one side of the shapes to make the scene feel more three-dimensional.
