Tilted Hanukkah Dreidel With Hebrew Letters

Tilted Hanukkah Dreidel With Hebrew Letters coloring page

Coloring guide

A single dreidel is drawn at a slant, with a thick handle on top and a round ring where the handle meets the body. The body is a square block, and two of its sides face us. Each side has a framed panel with a Hebrew letter inside. Short curved lines near the top corner suggest shading, and the bottom narrows to a point at the lower right. The thick outlines and large open panels make it easy for small hands to color. Try giving each letter panel a different background color, then use the page to talk about the game played at Hanukkah, where each letter tells a player what to do. Markers work well on the bold lines, and crayons are fine for the handle stripes. This free printable also suits a quick classroom activity.
