On a big log sits a little horned dragon, holding two sticks with fluffy marshmallows over a crackling campfire ringed with rocks and small logs. A tiny leaf-shaped puff of flame comes out of its mouth, and it looks very happy. A camping tent stands behind it beside pine trees and bushes, and a crescent moon and lots of stars light up the night sky. Small grass tufts are scattered around the log. The dragon has stripes on its belly, spikes down its back and one bat-like wing, so there's plenty for young colorists to enjoy. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the dragon's head, body, arms, and feet with bright green, leaving the big eye whites and the small eye shines white.
- 2Fill the horns and the spines on the back and top of the head with cream, and add forest green to the darker spikes and the pine trees.
- 3Color the wings, the tail area, and the outer fire with orange and fiery red, then add golden yellow to the inner fire and the toasted marshmallow.
- 4Color the tent with golden yellow, using orange for the front flap, and fill the logs with brown and light tan at the cut ends.
- 5Color the stones around the fire with light gray and medium gray, and keep the two marshmallows white.
- 6Optional: Add soft yellow to the belly bands and a touch of lime green to the cheek for a softer look.
