Treasure Island Scene with the Word PIRATE

A big bubble-letter PIRATE title floats above a sailing ship with a skull and crossbones on its large sail. A parrot in a little pirate hat sits on the crow's nest next to a waving skull flag. The ship rides wavy water and has an anchor and round portholes on its hull, and a small fish leaps out of the waves in the corner of the sea. On the sandy island in front, a studded treasure chest sits near a coin, gems, a bead necklace, a treasure map, a starfish and a smiling crab, with palm trees overhead. Far off in the background are a volcano-like mountain, more palms, a sun and puffy clouds, with seagulls in the sky. Several shades of blue and teal make a good sea, gold suits the coins and chest studs, and bright red works for the parrot. This free printable has large shapes plus fun small details, so it suits a wide range of ages. Fans of Words coloring pages often like Activity Sheets and Alphabet as well.
