Turkey Chef Carrying a Steaming Fresh Baked Pie

A happy cartoon turkey wearing a tall chef's hat walks along with one wing held out, carrying a pie on its flat wing tip. The turkey has its eyes closed and its beak open in a big smile. A headband sits under the hat, and the turkey has an apron tied at the waist with a bow in back. Its large fanned tail feathers spread out behind it, and its feet are bare with a few toes showing. The pie has a lattice style crust with a scalloped edge, and three wavy lines of steam rise above it. Kids can use warm golden browns for the pie crust and light gray or pale blue for the steam so it stands out from the page. Try patterns on the apron or different colors in each tail feather section for extra practice with small spaces. It is a fun printable for a Thanksgiving table or classroom activity.
