Two Birds and a Birdhouse in a Garden Apple Tree

Two little birds sit on separate branches of a big apple tree with their beaks open, singing or chirping. Five round apples hang among the leaves, and on the right-hand branch a wooden birdhouse with a round entrance hole and a small perch swings from a rope. The thick trunk has plenty of bark lines and a knot in the wood. The tree stands on a gentle grassy hill with a few grass tufts and two rounded bushes behind it. Big leaves and apples are simple to color, while the bark and feathers give older kids more to do. Red and yellow apples, soft brown for the birdhouse, and one bright blue bird with one orange bird will stand out against the green leaves. This free printable suits preschoolers through early elementary, and works for spring or nature lessons. Fans of Garden coloring pages often like City and Solar System & Space as well.
