Two cartoon pencils stand side by side under the bubble letters spelling Welcome, with the words Back To School written in a smaller script between them. Each pencil has a sharpened tip, three vertical stripes down the body, big shiny eyes, and a happy smile. Both hold up cartoon hands with thumbs up, and each has a striped eraser band at the bottom.
