Beach Ball Chase in the Backyard with Puppy Dog Pals
Coloring guide
A big floppy-eared puppy bounds after a large striped beach ball, grinning with its mouth wide open. Right behind it runs a smaller pup with a little tuft of hair and its tongue hanging out. They're in the middle of a game on a grassy lawn with small grass tufts here and there. A wooden picket fence stands behind them with leafy bushes poking over the top, and two puffy clouds drift across the sky. Thick, clear outlines and roomy shapes keep this free printable easy for little hands. A warm golden brown suits the big pup's long ears, a lighter tan works for the small one, and rainbow panels on the beach ball will pop against the green grass. It's a happy choice for a rainy afternoon or a classroom pet-theme day. If you enjoyed this Puppy Dog Pals page, don't miss our Disney Tsum Tsum and Calico Critters coloring pages.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the sky: color the two clouds sky blue, leaving their outlines crisp.
- 2Fill the big puppy's head, body and paws with light brown, then use warm caramel on the body and wheat beige on the paws.
- 3Color the beach ball by filling the red, blue, yellow and orange stripes, leaving the center circle white.
- 4Give the small puppy a cream coat on its head, body and paws, and add rose pink to the tongue and the big puppy's mouth.
- 5Add leaf green to the bushes and grass green to the fence, grass tufts and ground, then color the fence pickets light brown. Keep the eye whites and the ball's center white.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker chocolate brown to the big puppy's far ear for a bit of depth.
