Up on their hind legs, two little ponies share a big happy hug with their cheeks pressed together and their eyes closed in sweet smiles. The taller pony on the left has a spiral-striped unicorn horn, long wavy locks and a flowing curled tail. The smaller one on the right has a short tufted mane, a feathered wing stretched out behind her and a swirly tail of her own. Outlined hearts in several sizes float around them, and small five-petal flowers sit near the edges of the page. Wide shapes and clean lines keep it easy for little hands. Pastel purple and pink go well on the manes and tails, sunny yellow on the horn and bright red on the hearts. This free printable PDF is a nice addition to your coloring stack. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Fill the unicorn's body, head and ears with light lavender, and the pony's belly, head and legs with pale blue.
- 2Color the pony's wings and ear inside with light blue, and the tongue with coral red.
- 3Paint the unicorn's mane and tail with lavender purple, and add hot pink and lemon yellow stripes through the mane and tail.
- 4Color the pony's mane and tail with golden yellow, hot pink, grass green and royal blue stripes, and the forelock with orange.
- 5Fill the hearts with bubblegum pink and the flower petals with soft purple, leaving the flower centers white. Color the horn pale yellow with hot pink stripes and the hooves royal blue and soft purple.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker shade of lavender purple along the edges of the unicorn's body and under the mane to give it some depth.
