This cheerful indoor scene has two fluffy puppies hard at work on some art. On the left, one holds a paintbrush in its mouth and studies the canvas. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big floor and wall areas: color the wooden floor and the cabinet in wood tan, and the wall behind the easel in soft beige.
- 2Fill the two puppies with golden tan, including their ears, legs, tails, and heads, leaving the eye whites untouched.
- 3Color the easel frame and legs in brown, then add the house wall in golden yellow with a bright red roof and a green grassy hill.
- 4Paint the canvas sky and the rainbow bands in orange, golden yellow, and leaf green, and color the sun in golden yellow.
- 5Add the round rug and paint splatter in light blue and golden yellow, then color the palette and the paint jars in wood tan, bright red, and light blue.
- 6Finish the window with light blue sky and leaf green bushes, color the plant leaves in leaf green, and add the blue collars and cherry red paintbrush. Optional: add a little darker golden tan shading under the puppies to make them pop.
