A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big blue car body, hood, and roof using royal blue, leaving the eye whites and the cloud shapes white.
- 2Color the red race car body, nose, and front bumpers with bright red, keeping the eye whites white.
- 3Fill the road with medium gray and the grass and bushes along the sides with grass green.
- 4Add charcoal gray to the tires and the dark parts under the red car, and use golden yellow for the stripes and headlights on the blue car and the mirrors on the red car.
- 5Use pale blue for the windshield and the light brow areas, and coral red for the blue car's smiling mouth and salmon pink for the red car's mouth.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker royal blue or navy blue along the edges of the blue car for a bit of shading.
