Color by Number (Adult) Windmill with Tulips and Canal

Standing right in the center, a tall windmill has four grid-patterned sails, a small arched wooden door and three arched windows on its tapered tower. Fluffy clouds drift across the sky, and rounded bushes line the grassy hill behind. At the front, a low brick wall runs beside a strip of rippling water, and a row of tulips with long pointed leaves fills the bottom of the page. Since the sails are split into many small squares, this free printable PDF is great for kids who enjoy careful, patient coloring. Red, pink and yellow tulips look cheerful, with a warm brown door and soft blue water. Younger children can stick to the big, simple clouds, while older kids can tackle the sail grids with fine-tip markers or colored pencils.
