Winged Pony Soaring Through Clouds, a Free My Little Pony Page
Coloring guide
This cheerful little pony has big sparkly eyes and an open-mouthed smile as she leaps through the air. Both wings are stretched wide and her front hooves are tucked up, like she's mid-flight. Her wavy striped mane sweeps back from her face, and her long flowing tail trails behind. Fluffy outlined clouds sit in the top left and bottom right corners, and a round sun with short rays shines in the upper right. The big feathered wings are made of many layered shapes, which gives kids lots of room to practice careful coloring. Younger children can head straight for the open clouds and sun. Soft lavender or pink works for her body, and a rainbow on the mane and tail stripes looks great against a bright blue sky. Print the sheet at home for a classroom project or weekend craft. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Fill the pony's body, ear and both legs with baby pink, leaving the small shine spot on the raised back leg white.
- 2Color the big wings, the three clouds and the tuft of hair on the forehead with light blue, keeping the small shine on the wing white.
- 3Color the mane and tail in rainbow stripes: rose pink at the top, pale yellow, sky blue, lavender purple, and dusty mauve along the bottom of the tail, leaving the tail highlight white.
- 4Color all the hooves with lavender purple and the small sun ray under the sun with golden yellow.
- 5Finish the bright details by coloring the sun's rays and any remaining mane strands, and keep the eye whites, teeth and background white.
- 6Optional: add a little shading by pressing slightly harder along the edges of the body and mane to make the colors look richer.
