Winking Horned Monster Breathing Fire With Big Fangs

A goofy horned monster face fills the page, winking with one eye squeezed shut while the other eye bulges wide with a small pupil and little lashes. Two ridged horns curve up from the top of its head, and two large pointed ears stick out at the sides. It has a big lumpy nose, wrinkled cheeks, and a wide open mouth full of jagged teeth with two oversized fangs hanging down. A tongue of flame, or a ragged flame shape, spills out of the mouth and trails down to the bottom of the page. The thick outlines and large open areas make it easy for younger kids to color. Try red, orange, and yellow for the flame, then pick a bright skin color so the white eye and the teeth stand out. It also works for talking about facial expressions, since kids can point out which eye is winking and which is wide open.
