- 3Color the shorts and pant legs in navy blue, and the shoes and wooden stick in chocolate brown.
- 4Paint the BALLONS sign panel and its letters in bright red, with olive gold on the sign's central detail, leaving the lettering inside the outline white.
- 5Add the orange nose and tongue, rose pink hat stripes, crimson red sleeve cuff, and medium gray and light gray eye patches last.
