Woody Cupping Hands to Shout Up Past a Bush

A cowboy figure seen from behind and below stands on tall boots with his head tipped far back, one hand raised beside his mouth as if he is calling out to someone high above. He wears a wide-brim hat with a stitched edge, a checkered long-sleeve shirt, a spotted vest with a round badge, a bandana, a belt, jeans with a back pocket, and a holster with a star on it. The boots have little cactus shapes on them. Behind him sits a big, puffy bush with a bumpy outline. This is a good page for practicing shading, since the big bush leaves lots of open space for greens. Try black and white patches on the vest, small checks in two colors on the sleeve, and bright tan or brown on the hat and boots. Print as many copies as you like for a group project.
