Surprised Boy in Overalls, CoComelon Coloring Page
Coloring guide
This little boy has short, side-swept hair and stands with both hands up and palms open, like he's saying "whoa, wait!" His eyebrows are lifted, his mouth is small and surprised, and his big round eyes make this a handy page for chatting about feelings like worry or surprise. Under his overalls, with two straps and a square chest pocket, he wears a short-sleeved shirt. With no background, kids can focus on him and add their own touches. The big open shapes on the face, hands and overalls work well for chunky crayons and younger colorers. Bright blue overalls over a sunny yellow shirt look good, with warm peach or tan for the skin. A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.
- peach skin
- chestnut brown
- deep denim blue
- light sky blue
- medium blue
- wine red
A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the face, both hands, ears, neck and nose in a soft peach skin color, leaving the eye whites bright white.
- 2Color the hair on top and at the sides in chestnut brown, using short strokes that follow the hair flow.
- 3Fill the shirt, both sleeves in light sky blue, then color the overalls body and straps in deep denim blue.
- 4Use medium blue for the overall pocket and the blue irises of both eyes, leaving the eye whites untouched.
- 5Add the wine red color to the mouth so the surprised expression pops.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker brown or blue along the edges of the hair, overalls and sleeves for depth, and leave the background white.
