Nemo looks nervous here, with his eyes turned up toward a blocky gloved arm coming down from the top of the page. In its hand is a large pointed bag that's a little like an envelope, with a fold line across the front. Wavy lines along the top hint at moving water, and two small bubbles drift beside his tail. Nemo takes up the lower half of the page, with bold white stripes and rounded fins and tail, so there are plenty of big spaces for young colorers. - 1Start with the large paper bag in coral red, leaving the sharp fold lines as thin gaps so the shape stays crisp.
- 2Fill the glove palm and button area in golden yellow, then color the glove sleeve and cuff in sky blue.
- 3Color the glove fingers and thumb in cherry red, keeping the small round knuckle area golden yellow.
- 4Paint the whole clownfish in bright orange, including the head, body, fins, tail and cheek, leaving the two white stripes untouched.
- 5Keep the eye whites and the stripes white, and color the small bubble at the bottom in sky blue.
- 6Optional: add a little darker shading along the bottom edges of the bag and the fish belly to make them look rounder.
