Advanced Designs Steam Train on a Stone Bridge Above a Countryside Stream

The engineer is grinning out the window of a steam locomotive as it rolls over an arched stone bridge, with soft puffs of smoke curling up behind. Three passenger cars come along after it, and every window has a traveler waving. Down below, a stream winds around rocks and cattail reeds. Out in the meadow you'll find a spotted cow grazing, a woolly sheep, a little rabbit and a spotted fawn, all tucked in among daisies and other flowers. Behind them are rolling hills, a windmill, pine trees, leafy bushes and a wooden fence. All those tiny stones, leaves and petals make it a nice challenge for older kids who like detail. Warm grays and tans would suit the bridge, a deep red the engine, and soft browns the fawn and cow. It's a free printable you can save as a PDF for a quiet afternoon. Fans of Advanced Designs coloring pages often like Hard / Detailed and Mandala as well.
