Apple Orchard Day With a Child Picking and a Watching Cat

Apple picking is in full swing in this orchard scene. A child in a cap stretches up to pluck an apple from a tree branch, while a huge basket piled with apples sits on a stand nearby and a small cat watches from above it. Another picker in a brimmed hat carries a slatted tray of apples on straps, and a girl with long hair bends low to grab a fallen apple, with a basket hanging from her wrist. A second cat wanders through the grass. Apple trees fill the hillside, and a little house with heart-shaped window details stands beside crates of apples and stacked wooden boxes. This page is free to print, and landscape orientation works best. Try red, green, and yellow apples in the same tree, then ask kids to count how many apples are in the big basket.
