Applejack in a Wide Brim Hat, Equestria Girls Portrait
Coloring guide
Here's a close-up of Applejack from Equestria Girls looking confident, with one hand tucked behind her head and the other resting on her hip. Her wide-brimmed hat has wavy zigzag trim, a pointed ear peeks out beside her face, and her very long hair flows down past her shoulders. Look closely at the outfit: a popped collar, a zip-front top with two little flower-shaped buttons, a cape-like layer over the shoulders and a belt with a round buckle. No background here, which leaves the focus on her big sparkly eyes and playful smile. Golden yellow works well for the hat and warm orange for her hair. Print or download it free for a quick coloring break any time. Looking for more? Our Cutie Mark Crew (MLP) and Rainbow Dash (MLP) coloring pages pair nicely with this Equestria Girls page.

- chocolate brown
- sky blue
- navy blue

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the face, neck, and raised arm in peach skin, leaving the eye whites, eye shines, and cheek shine white.
- 2Color the big hair areas in dark violet, then add lilac purple near the face and plum purple on the right side.
- 3Fill the hot pink stripes across the top of the hair and the lower strands, and use lavender for the pony ears and the bottom left hair.
- 4Color the hat in caramel brown, and the hat brim lower left in golden yellow, keeping the hat band in chocolate brown.
- 5Add the shirt in sky blue and cornflower blue, the vest and collar tips in chocolate brown, and the jeans in navy blue and steel blue with the belt in steel blue.
- 6Finish with lemon yellow on the badge and belt buckle, and leave the background white. Optional: add light strokes of a darker shade to the hair for depth.
