Six Equestria Girls Friends Posing in Dresses and Boots
Coloring guide
Six friends stand shoulder to shoulder in this lively group portrait, and every one of them has her own pose. Fluttershy is on the far left in a long flowing gown, with wings. Applejack tips her rose-decorated hat. Pinkie Pie laughs with her eyes squeezed shut while her big wavy hair swirls around. Twilight Sparkle stands in the middle in a layered dress with a bow at the waist. Rarity has a hand on her hip, and Rainbow Dash, wings and all, leaps in on the right. With no background, kids can put their attention on the tall boots, ruffled skirts and long tails. A soft yellow and pink mix would suit Fluttershy's gown. - royal blue

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big dresses and skirts: color the green dress on the left with mint green, and the light blue skirt on the second girl with ice blue, leaving the white ruffles and highlights untouched.
- 2Fill the long pink hair of the pinkie pie girl and the other pink hair areas with bright pink and raspberry, then color the purple-blue parts with violet and deep purple.
- 3Color the boots and shoes next: use royal blue for the left boot, violet for the tall boots, and chocolate brown for the boots on the far right. Keep the laces white.
- 4Add the yellow wings and hair details with lemon yellow and pale lemon, and paint the shirt on the right girl with steel blue.
- 5Finish the skin areas and small details like the bow, the hat and the flower, leaving the eye whites, the highlights and the background white.
- 6Optional: Add a little extra shading with a slightly darker shade of the same color in the folds of the skirts and dresses for more depth.
