Singing Twilight Sparkle, an Equestria Girls Coloring Page
Coloring guide
Twilight Sparkle from My Little Pony Equestria Girls is caught mid-song, smiling and holding a microphone to her mouth with both hands. She has big sparkly eyes, blunt bangs and long straight hair down her back. Stars show up all over her outfit: a sleeveless top with a star emblem on the chest, a wrap-style skirt with a slanted hem and outlined stars, and chunky platform shoes with a big star on each. The background is blank, so her pose and outfit get all the attention, and the Equestria Girls logo sits in the top corner. It's a free printable that suits kids who love music and fashion. Deep purple looks nice on her hair, a pink or sky blue stripe on the skirt, and yellow on the stars will make them stand out. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big skin areas: fill the face, both arms, the hand holding the microphone and both legs with pale lilac, leaving the eye whites and the shirt collar white.
- 2Color the skirt panels, the hem and the underskirt with lavender purple, then add the waist sash in the same shade.
- 3Fill the long hair and the back hair with navy blue, and use royal purple for the top of the bangs, the belt, the belt end and the neck tie.
- 4Color the shoe platforms, heels and soles in royal purple, add hot pink to the bottom soles, and fill the shoe straps and the stars on the shoes with blush pink.
- 5Finish the logo with hot pink and deep indigo, and color the microphone handle slate gray.
- 6Optional: add a few darker strokes of navy blue or royal purple along the shadow side of the hair and skirt to give the drawing more depth.
