Ariel Wading in Shallow Water, The Little Mermaid Dress Page
Coloring guide
Ariel is standing knee-deep in softly rippling water with her hands clasped at her chest and her head tilted in a happy, gentle smile. Her long wavy hair falls past her shoulders. Her long sleeveless dress has a fitted top and a flowing skirt that trails into the water, and it's dotted with small round, blobby spots that are fun to fill in with a contrasting shade. A calm horizon line and a few puffy clouds make a simple seaside backdrop, and loose ripples swirl around her feet. Big open areas keep this easy for little kids, while the hair and dress give older ones room for detail. Seafoam green for the dress with white or pale pink spots works nicely, and bright red suits her hair. The free PDF is ready to download for your collection.
