Arizona State Flag Outline With Star and Rays

Coloring guide
A rectangular flag outline is split into two halves by a horizontal line. The upper half has a fan of long rays spreading outward from the center, and the rays reach the top edge and both side edges of the flag. A large five-pointed star sits in the middle, with its top points crossing the dividing line and its lower points hanging into the bottom half. The lower half is a plain open rectangle, so there is a lot of room for solid color. This free printable works well for a geography or state symbols lesson. Kids can look up the Arizona flag and color the rays in alternating shades, then fill the star and the bottom section. Thick, clear lines make it easy for younger children to stay inside the shapes.
