Art Deco Skyscraper Crown Reaching for Its Spire

Coloring guide
A tall skyscraper is drawn from a low angle, with the building climbing diagonally toward a thin pointed spire in the upper right. Rows of small square windows cover the walls, and the top is built from stacked curved arches with triangle shapes along their edges. Near the crown you can see a few small windows with grid lines, plus little pointed ornaments sticking out along the sides of the tower. The lower corner has a patch of tiny decorative shapes and flower-like patterns packed close together. Try using one color family for the windows, such as pale blues and grays, then switch to metallic-looking silver or gold for the layered arches so the crown really stands out. It's also a nice prompt for talking about city buildings and how architects use repeating shapes. This printable page works well for older kids who like detailed work.
