Bubble-Blowing Baby in the Flower Garden
Coloring guide
Sitting cross-legged on the grass, a smiling baby with short tufty hair blows a stream of soap bubbles from a little wand, with a bubble solution bottle in the other hand. The bubbles run from tiny dots to big round ones above the baby's head, and a few cling together right at the wand. A wooden picket fence stands behind, with daisy-like flowers and leafy plants on both sides and small tufts of grass around. The baby wears a short-sleeved shirt and a diaper, with bare feet. Bold, clean outlines and big open shapes make this free printable a good choice for younger children learning to stay inside the lines. Pale blue and lilac bubbles, bright yellow and pink flowers and warm brown fence boards will make the garden stand out. Add this to your Baby coloring page collection, alongside Cookie and Diversity & Inclusion.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the big and small bubbles with pale blue, and leave a little white shine spot on each one.
- 2Fill the baby's face, arms, legs and feet with peach skin, keeping the cheek highlight and the eye whites white.
- 3Color the romper and sleeves with tomato red, the diaper and bottle with deep blue and bright sky blue, and the hair with chestnut brown.
- 4Use honey wood for the fence pickets, then add caramel brown to the darker fence shades.
- 5Fill the grass and leaves with leaf green, the flower petals with pastel pink, and the flower centers with lemon yellow, leaving the daisy petals white.
- 6Optional: add a little darker shading under the chin, along the fence edges and on the grass to make the scene feel more solid.
