Easter Basket Full of Eggs and a Baby Chick

In the grass beside a woven basket packed with decorated Easter eggs, a fluffy little chick stands with big sparkly eyes and an open-beaked smile. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the chick: fill its body, wings and head with lemon yellow, leaving the small belly highlight white.
- 2Color the bow and its loops and tails with rose pink, and the feet and beak with tangerine orange.
- 3Fill the eggs: color the purple striped egg in lilac purple, the blue striped egg in light blue, the zigzag egg in lemon yellow, and the pink polka-dot egg in rose pink, keeping the dots white.
- 4Color the basket weave with warm brown on the rows and light tan on the lighter bricks, then add caramel tan to the rim and left edge.
- 5Color the handle in warm brown and the grass in grass green, leaving the flower petals and background white.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker shading along the chick's wing and under the basket rim to make the drawing pop.
