Baby Panda Martial Arts Pose with Bamboo

Coloring guide
Here's a smiling baby panda in a wide karate stance. One fist is pulled back at its side and the other paw is raised with the pad showing. The gi has a crossed collar and a knotted belt with the ends hanging down. A tall bamboo stalk with leaves stands on each side, and nothing else fills the background. Big round eyes, small ears and an open-mouth grin make this a friendly choice for young martial arts fans. The uniform shapes are large and the outlines bold, so it's easy to color. Let your child choose the belt color, maybe red or blue so the knot shows, and add soft greens to the bamboo leaves. It makes a nice quiet activity after class or at home with crayons, markers or colored pencils, and it's free to print. Add this to your Martial Arts coloring page collection, alongside Soccer and NHL / Hockey.
A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.
- charcoal gray
- lime green
- bright red
- soft pink
- forest green
A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the bamboo stalks and their tops using lime green, leaving the small white rings on the stalks uncolored.
- 2Color the leaves on both sides of the bamboo with forest green, adding a little lime green on the tips for a fresh look.
- 3Fill the panda's ears, paws, feet, fists, and the dark inner collar with charcoal gray, and the ear insides, mouth, and paw pads with soft pink.
- 4Color the karate belt and its knot in bright red, and the cuff stripes on the pants legs too, keeping the gap between the belt tails white.
- 5Leave the panda's face, eyes, karate jacket, and pants white, and keep the shiny highlights in the eyes white.
- 6Optional: Add a little extra charcoal gray shading on the lower edges of the feet and fists for depth.
