Baby Pony in a Flower Crown with Butterflies, Rainbow Dash (MLP) Page
Coloring guide
Here's a cheerful little winged pony prancing through a patch of flowers, with one front hoof raised and a big smile. A ring of blossoms sits on her fluffy mane, and a small butterfly has settled on her nose. Four more spotted butterflies flutter around her head. The bottom of the page is filled with tulips, large daisy-style flowers and tufts of grass. She has large feathered wings, a wavy tail and one big sparkling eye, which gives little hands lots of detail to work on. It's listed under Rainbow Dash, though she isn't clearly that character, so kids can choose whatever colors they like. Soft pinks and purples could work for the mane and tail, with bright yellows and oranges on the butterflies to make them stand out. Print the free PDF at home for a quiet, creative break. This fits right in with our Rainbow Dash (MLP) coloring pages — see also Cutie Mark Crew (MLP) and Equestria Girls.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the pony's body, legs, and wings in pale yellow, leaving the eye whites and the small belly shine uncolored.
- 2Color the mane, tail, and the flower crown's hair areas in caramel brown, with the tail tips and lower mane blending into the body.
- 3Fill the tulips, the butterfly wings, and the flower petals in soft pink and purple, keeping the flower petals white as in the example.
- 4Color the flower centers in golden yellow and the grass, stems, and leaves in leaf green and light green.
- 5Add the pony's eyes in teal blue and the blue butterfly wings in pale blue and bright blue, leaving the eye shine white.
- 6Optional: Add a little lilac shading to the lower wings and butterflies for extra depth.
