Baby Wrapped in Hooded Blanket in Swirly Frame

A baby with big round eyes, short bangs and a small smiling mouth peeks out from a soft hooded blanket. The blanket has a scalloped edge along the hood and wraps around the body, with a few curved fold lines near the bottom left. Behind the baby, long diagonal lines and a few round knobs suggest the sides of a crib or cradle. The whole scene sits inside an oval frame with curly scroll decorations at the corners. The large blanket and the background panels leave plenty of open space, which makes this page easy for younger kids to color with chunky crayons. Try soft pastel pinks or blues for the blanket, then add a different shade to the scalloped trim so the hood stands out. The printable page also works well for a quiet-time activity about babies and bedtime.
