A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the sky blue boy's t-shirt and the shirt sleeves, leaving the small collar and shoulder highlights white.
- 2Color the peach skin on the face, neck, arms and legs, then fill the shorts with light caramel.
- 3Fill the watering can with emerald green and the sun and daisy centers with golden yellow, keeping the sun's rays outlined.
- 4Paint the flowerpots with terracotta orange and the deck boards and railing with warm brown, adding coral pink to the flowers.
- 5Add tomato red to the tomatoes and grass green to the leaves and bushes, leaving small leaf highlights white.
- 6Optional: Add a little warm brown shading on the hair and a darker sky blue on the shirt folds for depth.
