Leafy Banana Plant with Heavy Bunch and Two Flowers

This banana plant has large, wavy-edged leaves arching out from a thick trunk, with a heavy bunch of bananas hanging down on the right. The fruit grows in three tiers, and a pointed banana flower bud dangles at the bottom. Tall blades of grass fill the front of the page, and a simple five-petal flower with a round center stands on each side. Small kids can tackle the big open leaves, while the rows of bananas give older kids some finer work. Bright yellow with a little green near the tips suits the fruit, and deep green works for the leaves. Pink or purple would look good on the flowers. This free printable is a good fit for a nature lesson or a quiet afternoon at home. Add this to your Banana coloring page collection, alongside For Girls and For Kids.
