Fluffy Cat Getting a Collar Tag from Barbie
Coloring guide
Here a smiling Barbie doll with very long straight hair and a headband leans down to fasten a small cat's collar. The cat stands on a ledge or tabletop, looking out with big eyes and long whiskers, and its tail curls up behind it in a plume. A pointed star-shaped charm and a little rectangular tag hang from the collar, which makes a nice small detail to color. Barbie's sleeveless top has ruffled trim and a flower-shaped decoration at the chest, and her skirt is tied with a bow at the waist. Clean, bold lines make it a good fit for beginners and careful colorers alike. Soft pink suits the ruffled outfit, a warm orange or gray works for the cat, and gold or silver would be great for the star charm. It's a free printable for classroom time or a rainy day. - 3Color the dress, the sleeves and the lap blanket with lilac purple, and use violet blue for the bottom hem and the lower blanket.
- 4Add baby pink to the ruffles on the sleeves, skirt and bottom left frill, then use bright pink and salmon pink for the bows.
- 5Color the hair ribbon and the cat's collar raspberry pink, and the curled neck trim warm peach.
- 6Optional: add soft mauve shading inside the bow folds and along the dress creases, and leave the cat, its tag and tail white.
