- 1Start with the big skirt panel in the center and the lower skirt ruffles using soft lavender, leaving the highlights and background white.
- 2Fill the outer skirt ruffles with bright pink, hot pink and raspberry, alternating shades from the center outward for a striped look.
- 3Color the lighter ruffles along the skirt edges with pale pink and light lilac, and add baby pink to the scroll ornaments.
- 4Use peach skin on the face, arms and shoulders, and golden yellow on the curly hair and hair bun.
- 5Add magenta and rose pink to the diamond ornaments, the heart on the bodice and the bodice accents, keeping the sleeve ruffles and eye whites white.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker shading along the lower edges of the ruffles to make the gown look fuller.
