Baseball Bat and Glove Leaning by a Wooden Fence

Coloring guide
This page shows a tall wooden baseball bat leaning on a fence. A round baseball with curved stitching sits at the base, right next to a well-worn fielder's glove. The glove has detailed webbing, lacing along the edges and finger sections, so there's plenty to explore. Behind the gear, a simple fence with two rails and thick posts runs across the page, and small tufts of grass dot the ground. Bold outlines and open shapes work for kids still building pencil control, while the stitching and lacing give older children a bit of a challenge. Warm browns suit the glove, light tan works for the bat with a darker handle, and red stitches on a white ball finish it off. It's a free printable for a baseball-loving kid, a team party, or a quiet afternoon after practice. This fits right in with our Bat coloring pages — see also Ghost and Candy.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the bat barrel and knob with light peach, leaving the thin highlight line along the bat white.
- 2Fill the three bands on the bat handle with sky blue to make the grip stand out.
- 3Color the fence posts with caramel tan and the fence rails with chestnut brown, leaving the lower rails white.
- 4Fill the glove's main body with chestnut brown, then use dark brown for the pocket webbing and olive brown for the top part of the webbing.
- 5Color the glove's laces and outer edges with light peach, and keep the baseball white with its stitches left as they are.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker shading along one side of the bat and glove to give them more depth.
