Bearded King with Ice Skates Near a Polar Bear Cub

A bearded king in a pointed crown stands with his back mostly to us, wearing a fur-trimmed coat with a wide belt. He holds a pair of ice skates with ribbon laces in one hand. Beside him, a woman in a smaller crown with a star on top looks on, her hair pinned up and a fur collar around her neck. Facing them on the right, a young woman in a knit hat with a long braid stands with her hands in her pockets. She wears a jacket over a collared shirt, a belt, pants tucked into tall boots. A small polar bear cub sits at her feet and looks up. A big round arch shape fills the background. The fur edges on the king's coat are fun to color with short pencil strokes, and you could use soft whites and light blues to make the winter clothes look fluffy and cozy. This free page works well for a winter story time activity.
