Big Shamrock in a St. Patrick's Day Card Border

A large three-leaf shamrock sits in the middle of a card-shaped border, with heart-shaped leaves that each have small curved lines drawn near the center. A round circle joins the leaves at the middle, and a long, simple stem curves down from it with a little band wrapped around it. Six small four-leaf clovers are scattered around the big shamrock: two near the top corners, two on either side of the stem, and two near the bottom corners. The outlines are thick and the shapes are open, so younger kids can color them without much trouble. Try coloring the big shamrock in three different greens, then using a fourth shade for all the little clovers. It also works well for a quick talk about the difference between three-leaf and four-leaf clovers, and the page prints nicely for a St. Patrick's Day table or classroom.
