A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the turtle's body: color the shell panels in grass green and forest green, alternating them like a honeycomb, and leave the eye whites and balloon shines white.
- 2Color the turtle's head, legs, and claws in light green, then fill the belly and the tips of the feet with butter yellow and cream yellow.
- 3Fill the shell rim and the party hat stripes with golden yellow, and color the hat pompom in the same golden yellow.
- 4Color the three balloons: bright red in the middle, royal blue on the left and orange on the right, then add the balloon strings and knots in matching shades.
- 5Color the gift box in royal blue with a charcoal gray side, and add the bright red bow and ribbon.
- 6Optional: Add a soft coral pink smile and a few light shading lines on the shell to make it look extra cheerful.
